Delivery & Returns

All our products are dispatched latest on the next working day after an order has been placed and paid for. Once the order has been dispatched, you will be informed via email.


We only dispatch goods en route; pick up by the customer is not possible, nor do we deliver to packing stations.


Delivery times

Generally, the expected delivery period within Germany will take 1 to 3 working days. Same is expected for orders placed in the United Kingdom.
Orders made inside the European Union are expected to be delivered within 3 and 5 working days after being dispatched - tracking is usually available through the website of the delivery organisation.
All other destinations might have longer delivery time, estimated 10 to 20 working days, depending on your location.


Faster delivery options are not available on the website by default, but can be arranged with our customer service team via email at support@bronson-energy.com, or via phone at +49 (0)30 221 838 710 (working days from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). The shipping costs will be defined accordingly.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary based on the value, dimensions, and weight of the shipment, and will be displayed during the checkout process.


Data processing for the purpose of shipment

We forward your data to the shipping company within the scope required for the delivery of the ordered goods according to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.


Data transmission to a shipping provider for the purpose of shipment notification
Provided that you have given us your explicit consent, during or after your order, we will forward your email address and phone number in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR to the selected shipping provider in order to enable them to contact you for the purpose of shipment notification or coordination prior to shipment.
This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the contact information described in this privacy policy or directly to the shipping provider using the contact address listed below. After consent withdrawal, we will delete the data you have provided for this purpose unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to use your data for other purposes which are permitted by law and about which we inform you in this privacy policy.

Customs & Duty

All orders ship from Germany, with exception for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom - we try to ship from within the UK in order to minimize fees, however this is dependent on available local stock.. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.


Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Once a return process is initiated, you shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the purchase contract to us.You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will also have to bear any additional costs (e.g. telecommunication, loss of time, damage on third-party appliances, etc.) resulting from returning the goods.

In case a return is to be made resulting from proven material and/or production defects during the warranty period, please consult our Warranty Conditions page for more information about the return conditions.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We may refuse the return in case it doesn’t fully comply with our return criteria: goods must be returned as new, unused and in re-saleable condition, including packaging.
