The Bronson Outdoor MBL series of LiFePO4 batteries is specially designed to provide a reliable and secure power source for demanding outdoor activities.


Equipped with cutting-edge lithium battery technology, the MBL LiFePO4 batteries offer high energy density in a compact and portable housing. The battery pack is protected with a EVA foam layer and enclosed in a dust and waterproof case, turning the MBL lithium-ion battery into a robust product that can be used in any outdoor environment. By using plug-in waterproof connectors operating the MBL is very easy and safe. Lightweight and with a non-slip rubber handle makes it comfortable to carry, transport and install.


A very modern BMS (Battery Management System) ensures additional safety while using the MBL with features such as short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection. At the same time, the BMS maintains the cells working efficiently by automatically balancing them out, optimising discharge cycles and preserving battery life span.

  • Light: despite strong performance, the MBL weighs only a fraction of a conventional lead-acid battery.

  • Durable: with at least 2000 charge cycles at original capacity, the MBL is significantly more durable than a traditional gel or acid battery.

  • Robust: the extremely durable outdoor case is dust and water resistant (protection class IP67).

  • Temperature resistant: the MBL can be used within a temperature range of -20 ºC to +75 ºC, and therefore usable in almost every region and every season.

  • USB connection: while using the battery, another device can be connected and charged in parallel.

  • Precise charge status: displayed with 5 LEDs, each one corresponding to approximately 20% of charge level. 

  • Low charge indication: all 5 LEDs will start to blink when the charge level drops below 10%.

  • Battery management system: enhanced safety through protection against overload, overvoltage, deep discharge, high temperature and short circuits. It also helps to maintain a healthy battery life through automatic cell balancing.

The MBL battery uses lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells. They have become one of the most popular battery types for powering devices due to their high power density, durability and lightweight.

LiFePO4 is mainly being used in leisure batteries. Having similar nominal voltage, the MBL presents a viable and environmentally-friendly power source opposed to the current lead-acid batteries. Not only do LFP batteries offer longer discharge cycles but also have a greater life span, even though they require a bigger initial investment.


How many charging cycles can the MBL maintain its original capacity?

The cells will hold their original capacity for at least 2000 cycles. This number can be increased or decreased depending on user behaviour, e.g., respecting operating and storing temperatures, not interrupt charging process, constantly overloading or deep charging the battery.
